Students

Your Life is Your Mission

This is a phrase you’ll hear often in our student ministry.

This is a phrase you’ll hear often in Student Ministry. In a nutshell, it means that Jesus has us on a mission with him every minute of every day. That mission is to be like him by connecting with our Father in heaven, having healthy relationships and loving and serving people around us.  It means that our life – who we are, how we live, the way we love those around us – is the mission.

NRG

Wednesdays

For students in grades 5-8.
Wednesdays 6:30–8PM

The night includes hang out time, awesome games, insane competitions, and relevant talks. Most importantly students get a chance to connect with other students and with leaders.

FUSE

Every Sunday

For students in grades 5-8.
Sundays, during each service

The purpose of Fuse is to begin to transition students into adult gatherings. We do this in a variety of ways, all of which are fun for students. Each week is a little different to keep students engaged and challenged.

ELEVATE High School Ministry

For students in grades 8-12.
Thursdays 6–8:30PM

This is a place where the status of being a high school student is elevated—where they
feel encouraged, valued and equipped to make a difference in the world. Each week relevant talks help students continue to further and strengthen their relationship with Christ.

Trips

WHAT IS RUOK? It is a weekend designed for middle school students, filled with what they love. Ruok is 36 hours of high voltage, pedal to the metal, non-stop fun. But RUOK is more than fun, it’s also a time to connect with God, with friends, and with leaders. This weekend will be a memory students will never forget, not just because of the mud but also because of the friendships they’ll have and the growth in their life.

Leaders

We need you!

If you have a heart for teens, or just love to serve, we’d love to talk to you about helping in Student Ministries. Whether you bake the most amazing cookies or want to help students in their journey with Christ, everyone has some way that they can invest in the next generation.

Are you a Follower of Jesus?

We can’t introduce someone to Jesus if we don’t know Him first. It does not matter to us how long you have followed Jesus, just as long as you have started the journey with Him and seek to live in a way that pleases Him. Leaders are learners; once you stop learning you stop leading.

Are you willing to serve?

Leaders are servants. Jesus said he did not come to be served but to serve, and there are so many ways to serve. Discussion Group leader, Baking, Driving, Praying, and so on. Everyone has gifts and we want to help show students that serving is an important role in ministry.

Do you desire to see God use you?

Leaders lead by how they live. Are you willing to let God use you to impact teens?
